I used Champix to stop smoking and di suffer side effects, but none worse than going cold turkey. Why haven't you included the comparable death rate from smoking or indeed given the number of people using Champix vs the adverse reactions? Or indeed that using green tea as a solution is complete crap?

Comment on Mistrial Declared In Merck Fosamax Liability Case

Fosamax, A Bad Drug in Litigation

The Fosamax (Alendronate) study done for FDA approval failed to show any benefit for the osteopenia group where fracture rates actually went up. Keep sending to more docs, will not do Mri with contrast (too expensive)--on heavy painkillers for 8 months..its been a year. Costs too much..am only 61 with both hips replaceds. Left is the failed one. They even lost my medical records when I asked for the serial number of the Zimmer implants they put in. Suggestions?

Comment on Wyeth Supreme Court Loss Breaks Drug Lawsuit Logjam

This is one of those difficult cases that don't bring too many clarification on the final verdict. There is always a solid argument behind the verdict but something always remains unclear. As far as I think, FDA will reject that warning.
http://www.smartrules.com/federal-courts/Ninth-Circuit/CA-ED/File-Under-Seal-Motions-46-25-385.html

Comment on Intelence (etravirine):Reports of severe, potentially life-threatening and fatal skin reactions

This is a very informative post.
