Fosamax, A Bad Drug in Litigation

The Fosamax (Alendronate) study done for FDA approval failed to show any benefit for the osteopenia group where fracture rates actually went up.
Have a similar problem..have a coop..put in zimmer hip in 2003--now the hip stem has failed..per the othopedic doc.but no one wants to do anything. Keep sending to more docs, will not do Mri with contrast (too expensive)--on heavy painkillers for 8 months..its been a year. Costs too much..am only 61 with both hips replaceds. Left is the failed one. They even lost my medical records when I asked for the serial number of the Zimmer implants they put in. Suggestions?

There is always a solid argument behind the verdict but something always remains unclear. As far as I think, FDA will reject that warning.
http://www.smartrules.com/federal-courts/Ninth-Circuit/CA-ED/File-Under-Seal-Motions-46-25-385.html

This is a very unfortunate. There should be an independent body who can test the medicines our in the market to see if the side effects are not severely harmful to our body or not. This will lessen pharmaceutical makers to produce more harmful medicine.
